I'm not familiar with the site that did this report but found the little bit of information that I read interesting.. wasn't sure what to click to read on..
I like the Rockstar brand of these things. Though, they've become sort of a weekend "treat" for me now since I'm trying to stay away from stuff that costs me money and is full of caffeine. Definitely good information though.
I bought an energy drink one morning and placed it on my desk. One of my students spotted it and gave me the low down about energy drinks. Of course I tossed it right away. Later that day I read some very scary facts about the one that I had purchased. BYE!

ReplyDeleteGreat article. When I dropped energy drinks entirely, it initially sped up my weightloss. Guess it was the drop in sugar consumption!
